Transitioning Resources at Your Fingertips
To assist our members and families, PCR has created a series of informative videos explaining how to access services and resources for people with developmental differences and their families (e.g., Qualifying for Medicaid, MCPS Transition Services, Legal Services). These videos, which include American Sign Language interpretation, can be accessed HERE.
