What We Do
You can find information about who we are by visiting our What We Do page.
What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
Contact forms
We collect data provided by you through two forms on our website: the general purpose contact form and the volunteer registration form.
The general purpose contact form collects your name, your email address, and any comments or questions that you enter into the text box. This is voluntary on your part and is only used to answer questions or evaluate additions to our website.
The volunteer registration form collects more detailed information about you. If you wish to become a volunteer for PCR, we need to ask some questions so we can evaluate whether or not you would be a good fit for volunteering for us.
Analytics
We collect anonymous user data when you visit our site. That data contains browser type, pages you visit, and your general location based on the IP address that you go through to visit our site. This data does not map directly to you, and we have no way of telling who and exactly where you are. We collect this data to help us reach more people who would benefit from our services.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not share any data about you or your visit to our site with any outside parties. Some data, such as form submissions, will be routed to the correct person within our organization, but it never is shared outside our organization.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have an account on this site, or have left submitted information through one of our online forms, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Embedded Content From Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
