Transition Times Virtual Info Sessions
Transition Times is a monthly virtual information session for families and caregivers of individuals with developmental differences who are transitioning to adult life. The program offers information on services and resources available in the community that are useful to transitioning youth and their families. Sessions are generally held on Wednesdays, from 7:00 to 8:00 PM, once a month.
